Terrible experience! I got my pictures taken here for my PCC application, and it got rejected because they took them in the wrong size. Because of their mistake, I had to pay another $80 just to resend my application for pickup and drop-off. When I called them about it, they were not helpful at all and instead tried to blame me, saying things like I “didn’t dress up properly” — which has nothing to do with photo size or quality. Completely unprofessional attitude and zero responsibility for their work. Save yourself the frustration and don’t come here for passport or PCC photos. They don’t care once they’ve taken your money.
I had a very bad experience at this Hasty Market. I got my application photos taken here, and they were the wrong size — which caused my application to get rejected. When I called to ask about it, the staff said they had no record of my name or visit. After I insisted and was a bit firm, they suddenly “found” it after about 15 minutes. The staff were not helpful at all at first, and there was no clear communication. They told me to just bring the photos, but then I was told I have to pay again for resending the package — basically paying twice for something that wasn’t clearly explained. On top of that, they even charged an extra dollar just for a small piece of tape. The entire experience was frustrating — poor communication, unhelpful staff, and no proper guidance. I would not recommend anyone to go through them unless you want delays, confusion, and extra charges for simple things.

Don’t go there for passport photos. Very Unprofessional service. Rejected photos by passport office right away Wasted time and money. Very unpleasant experience when went to retake photos.
The workers here are so rude and unprofessional who should not be working and clearly don’t understand the concept of customer service. I wouldn’t waste my time here or my brain cells speaking to them.
Their service is not good. I will not recommend their store because they are really rude to customers. First they provide the wrong products then they start arguing. Today my husband visited their store for a USB and they gave the wrong one and also cut the double money.
Very unethical store. This is one of the store who charges the customers to pay at their store. Earlier they were charging 25 cents on every purchase when you pay through credit card. Suddenly, it changes to 50 cent if you are paying by credit card. This store is not ready to take the charge from the credit card company. Very unethical and disturbing how this small store rip off small customers. Against the reply from the owner: Pay by debit card Yes, we can definitely pay by debit card but Credit card is an option too. I do not see any other hasty market charge customer if they pay by credit card. Not Hasty market but also other store. Let's play fair to customers and stop your unethical practice.
