I needed a bigger car that can hold 9 passengers and I only found a car at yellow car rental that can hold 12 passengers. The lady working behind counter was very nice and calculated all the km I will need for my trip and put a pal package for me before I rented it out. Her calculation was precise. The vehicle was in good shape and very spacious. Will definitely rent for them again.
Bunch of cheaters, their car broke in the middle of highway heading to Banff, they asked us to just drop their car to their nearest office, but never paid back us for the toeing or any of our incurred inconveniences. Never trust these people, their whole business is a sham and should be shut down.
Recently i rented out 12 passenger ford transit from yellow car rental , van was so comfortable to drive , check in and check out process was very smooth. Highly recommended

The lady at the front counter has an attitude as if she owns the whole company... very poor service.. took the rental for $2500... offered and showed 2023 Fords transit black full option and was told that the same vehicle would be available. On the day of delivery, i was told the same vehicle was already booked and gave me 2023 Ford transit with no cruise control and no android auto screen. ( the model shown had all the specs). Had to drive 2k kms without cruise control. Drop off was on holiday.. called the store number as I was not specifically shown where to exactly do the key drop. The person who took the phone was rude as well.
Don’t do it. These people are terrible! They gave me parents a vehicle with air pressure missing from one tire, one headlight not working, a huge crack in the front glass and it wasn’t even cleaned before giving it to them! The owner is sooo rude and has no manners at all. We had called within 30 mins to complain about the pressure and light and he said whatever drop it back then. He hasn’t returned our phone calls or even given us a description of the up charges! Please don’t waste your time and money. Go somewhere else.
Rented a 15 seater van in GTA and picked up the location at Brampton, but the receipt and contact stated the airport . People are not friendly, very strict, and have no customer service. If i only have other options, i would take my business elsewhere. 2 star for the cleanliness, but the van was leaking from the roof. we got soak likely when it was raining. i was 1 hour away from my destination .
