The branch manager Shan Chinraj was totally unhelpful and gave a ridiculous quote in person. He should be more informed in how to deal with customers, especially those who are seniors.
Stopped in half hour before close with a broken down rental from airport pick up and the young man working (wish I could remember his name) helped with a smile and exchanged with another car. Much easier than I was expecting. Sunday June 15 @ 1630.
We had great experience, staff was professional and quick to respond to our calls. We got a new car with upgraded features, no issues at all, will highly recommend.

I wish there will be 0 star. Totally inexperienced people. This was my first time when I was renting car. First, I booked it online where I used my license with different credit card. No where mentioned that name on both cards should be same. Payment was gone and next day they didn’t give us car just because of this issue. I canceled that booking and rebook it. Then my second booking was over the counter, he was busy even though there was no client. Just asked us those clause, where company can make money but he didn’t explain that I need to pay for mileage. Till the time, I didn’t get final bill. That should be ok if every company charge for mileage , my concerns is that can’t they explain everything to client? Why they are at customer service job if they don’t want to provide information to customers. Don’t book your rentals here. Not a very good company.
By far the worst service I’ve ever received. Don’t select this location as their service is not good. The people who are working here are not providing proper information regarding the insurance for the car. They are not giving the comparison between different insurance options and they charge more by telling the low price. When I went for return, I was late 10 minutes so the guy behind the counter was not accepting my return and was charging me for another whole day, then I contacted the budget car rental customer care for assistance and then suddenly the guy said your return is done, I won’t charge you for the another day. I think the guy behind the counter was not helpful and treated me like a criminal and also trying to fraud for money. My suggestion is that to use other locations or select a different car rental company.
I’ve rented many cars from this location. All staff are very friendly and professional. The staff even calls me to remind me when the location is closing so I don’t miss picking up my car. I’ve never had anything but great service and would recommend this location to anyone. My car is always ready when I need it and staff go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my car. Great job and thanks for being so accommodating.
