They wrongly charge for fuel. They gave car half empty and when I returned at same level of fuel they asked me to fill it up full for them to take car. Just a bad experience for customer.

Rude and worst customer service experience over the phone. Talked to Freddy, who mentioned he is the manager of the Van kirk location. There was nothing sort of Managerial with this person who cancelled my reservation by saying that the trucks are not available for his location and cancelled my reservation without offering any solution. Worst people to deal with.... at this VAN KIRK LOCATION OF BRAMPTON!! I would give them less than a star ..or even negative..
