I can't speak for the parts but the driver i just witnessed is either extremely aggressive and doesn't care who he hits, or completely incompetent and should not have a valid driver's license. Hope he doesn't kill anyone.
Bullshit customer service Very disappointing customer service. The store manager, Rashad, showed no concern for customers or their experience. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here
I had a good experience at this store. I bought a full set of brakes rotors, and a battery for my Acura. A few days earlier, I had called to get a quote, but the person I spoke with foraot to mention that the brakes were on sale. When I came in to buy them, they were listed at the regular price - but the manager was kind enough to honor the discounted quote I was given. That was very much appreciated Everything fit my car perfectly, and after shopping around, this was by far the best price I found for a premium set. The dealership wanted a lot more for the same quality parts. Highly recommend this place.
Part Source Brampton hires INCOMPETENT drivers!! An employee driving a Part Source marked vehicle within Peel Village sped to get around a garbage truck, running a Stop sign IN FRONT OF A SCHOOL, nearly getting T-BONED!!! If that's the people driving their marked cars I would think twice about the knowledge their staff has. Clearly incompetent people all around.
If I could give them a worst review I would, I got charged twice on my CC, I bought oil from them and went to pay, it was processed. But then person said it didn't get processed, I ask them for the print out that it was rejected or declined. They could not produce, I didn't have time to argue with them so I paid Again, and I told them I will leave them this review.
Employees act like they don't want to be there and it would be nice if they weren't on their phones. Seriously bad service. What's happened to this city?
Come here to get your patience tested. Employees are hanging around watching you stand in line, carrying out long personal conversations. You could be in line for 30 minutes to pay for a $10 item
