Worst napa store! place order online in 10am. And i went to pick up order for 3pm and my order is not yet ready. The cashier was too slow. Not recommended
I had a great experience picking up air filters that I ordered online. They had a good sense of humour; I said they would have cost an arm and a leg at the dealership and he said "I can charge you the dealership price if you want!" They had lots of opportunities to save, he asked if I was a CAA member, but my car still has the new vehicle roadside assistance included. I look forward to many more years of business with this store and would recommend it to anyone looking to save on car parts and do the work on their own.
Dont bother wasting your time with this bunch of unprofessional "PROFESSIONALS" DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOOK FOR ANY OTHER PARTS STORE IN THE GENERAL AREA!
Incredibly rude service. Frustratingly so. I don't like complaining, but wow, this was exceptional. I was blown away by their dismissive and terse service. Had to pull teeth to so much as get a mumble in response, and the older gentleman -- after I said hello several times to no response -- simply grunted 'Come back Friday'. And waved me off. It was Wednesday, and a full hour before closing. Guess he just checked out before Canada Day. I came here because it was the closest automotive parts supplier nearby, but I would legitimately drive an hour longer to avoid dealing with people of that low calibre. Why wouldn't you quit if you're that miserable?
Arrived at store 1.5hrs before closing to pick up my order that they emailed and said was ready only to have the phone not answered after five minutes of calling. Saw a man inside but he didn’t care to answer the door again. Will be going elsewhere from now on
Time and time again I have been pleased with the service I recieve from this napa. The custom paint was an exact match right down to the direction of the metallic flakes. They were able to get me a starter for my 25 yo car in less than a day. I will definitely shop here again. Thanks.
