I found the employees that I tried to speak with on the phone. Very rude. He kept interrupting me. He kept being very volatile with me and kept cutting me off. Every time I tried to speak to him. I asked to speak with this manager. He said apparently his manager is not in today. So I'm writing this review to the company on Google to show people that this place is not where you want your business to be. If the employees are going to speak disrespectfully the people on the phone, they don't deserve your business. I tried asking about a simple ad for a job. The guy kept cutting me off saying oh we don't have a job listing here for workers. I kept trying to ask if he knew if the company was affiliated with other companies like for collaborations. He wouldn't let me speak about that and then again when I tried calling after he hanged up on me deliberately he just kept cutting me off so I did it back to him. Do not go to the store or try to talk to them on the phone or they would disrespect you. Thank you.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with APD. I called in with a simple question about setting up a shop account for my business. However, before I could even explain my situation, I was abruptly told by a representative with a heavy accent that they only sell to businesses, not consumers. This interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. The representative clearly did not understand what I was saying and seemed more interested in shutting down the conversation than helping me. It's frustrating to deal with someone who lacks basic communication skills and displays such poor customer service. I strongly suggest that APD invest in training their staff to better understand and communicate with potential clients.
Just called for a rocker panel. Literally lasted 0.005 seconds the convo. Bet he didn’t even check his system. Rudely hung up. You should be driven out of business the way you conduct.
Very rude Asian owner. Always sells low quality parts and claims it’s high end. Rotors are dirt cheap. His brake pads give so much dust that your car will be needing a wash every couple days. He sells to the public everyday - walk ins are there to buy without an account and he claims he wholesales only. What a lie and scam! Tells you one price over the phone and yells at you when you show up claiming he never told you that price… even though there are other ppl overhearing the same conversation. Seems like he needs to learn how to speak to people and how to listen more too. You tell him one thing and he hears something else. Very arrogant and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere don’t ever buy from him!!! He seems like he has personal issues and he brings that to work with him. Only Cheap cheap cheap parts are here!!!

The guy who answered the call seems to have a thick accent (Asian?). All I could understand was that they don't provide online quotes and they probably need a business account to sell you parts.. so I'm guessing this isn't a retail business. They probably sell only to other businesses..
Called the number to ask question about the part im looking for and he started shouting on hes language sounds like indian language not sure , i kept calm and told him im looking for a certain car part he answered no and cut the call right away. How could you be so rude sheeeesh
