Scam alert. This company will take your money and give you broken appliances. Then, instead of refunding, they'll upsell you and make you pay more. I wish I had read the reviews before going here.
Very poor customer service. Been communicating with staff all weekend about purchasing a deep freezer. Confirmed in stock and that I could go to warehouse at Steelers and 410 to pick up . Got to warehouse and was told the item I needed wasn’t in stock but I could purchase a smaller deep freezer. Spent half an hour getting here from N.Brampton to be told they don’t have item in stock. WASTED MY TIME for no reason. When asked why told otherwise from Customer Service Rep, was told that they work from home and don’t know. Well if someone works for a company should they not know what the inventory is? Terrible customer service and lame excuses. Don’t recommend anyone shop here.
Confirmed the product advertised to be in stock and as soon i reach after 20 mins , guess what? IT IS OUT OF STOCK. Its a bad strategy of luring customers to store to promote the store and other products. Bad experience.
Yesterday i got new tv from this store . When i come back at home. I saw there is light damage. Suddenly i came back at his store and he gave me new TV .nyc place . Highly recommended
