One of the worst places I have been too, they will sell you a faulty appliance and then tell you they can’t fix it and that you shouldn’t have bought used & refurbished products. They will tell you to figure it out yourself and that they cannot refund you, it is a scam. Terrible business and terrible customer service.
FOLLOW UP - they sent a technician - replaced the faulty part and then Called us and told us we can do whatever we want with the machine they are not coming to pick it up or giving us a refund or compensation to flooding my newly renovated basement. And then hung up. Disgusting organization. If I could give a warning to the public about this place I would. We got appliances from Them recommended by someone. The washer dryer unit we got from then not even 2 weeks in flooded my brand new renovated basement because of faulty mechanical issues. Annette the owner bluntly said to me over the phone why would I buy a used appliance then. I asked her to take her appliance off my property and give me a refund and she claims she needs a technician to go out there first. She was beyond rude to deal with having no compassion that the area that their faulty appliance flooded people are living in the area. She was making jokes on the call And there is nothing to joke about. They are clearly scamming and selling people appliances that are faulty and then blaming it on the people themselves. So she won’t remove the appliance for me until “their” technician comes to assess the issue - which from previous comments their technicians who’ll find a reason to put the blame on you. I’ve hired an external technician to make sure I have the correct reporting of the appliance. Just save the headache and go buy new appliances.
Great Customer Service!!! Purchased 3 appliances from them on November, 2024. I called this morning at 8:15 am about an issue- the fridge is leaking water. It's 10:05 am, now- technician already came & fixed the issue. The lady, who received my call & the technician, both of them were very nice & professional. I sincerely apologize, I didn't ask for their names. You guys were great on price & you have proved your service, too. Will go back to you for sure.
I got appliances for my new home from here and the service was amazing. From the moment we walk in the door at this shop until delivery the team makes sure you are taken care of! The warranty is just an added on perk to all this awesomeness
Could have given 0 if possible. They will tell you that there is 1 year warranty but when something stops working, the technician will put the blame on you. Twice their machine stopped working and their technician told me that I don’t have enough power coming to my outlet. Both times I had to pay for my own technician to come and check the outlet and ofc that was a lie. The lady who picks up the phone is the rudest person you will speak to. Beware, they will sell you an awful product and provide little to no assistance if anything goes wrong. Don’t get scammed. Try another place.
I purchased a washer dryer combo for my townhouse and I told the sales rep that there was 2 flights of stairs and that the old washer is broken and had water in it. He said no problem and took my payment. When they came to install the washer dryer combo, they said that they couldn't do it. Had someone come to drain the old machine and called them again, told them I was willing to pay for them to come back but was told that they don't have the time. Never going back to these guys. So unprofessional.
Woman by the name that Anette who works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had purchase from them in the past and it was a good experience, however this time around it was not at all. Would not recommend them at all.
