Purchased a new Oven. Salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. Product was delivered on time, in fact the driver phoned and said he was running late and said he would be there at 2pm. He arrived exactly at 2. Really appreciated the heads up. Un loaded, inspected and placed where we wanted for later installation. He took all the wrapping and left.
