Over 3 months in chats and calls, and they just keep ignoring to fix the microwave that was under warranty. Initiated a conversation in Sep 2025, and the microwave was "Supposed" to be under warranty then. They kept saying they'll replace or fix. Every week, it is the same conversation. "Tomorrow" never seems to come. I don't expect a replacement anymore, so I'm just dropping a review for others to be aware of in case you're offered a warranty. I will never return or recommend shopping there. Pay a few more dollars and look elsewhere for a reliable place.

I wanted to give my wife a birthday gift and she’s been asking me to replace our dryer. I took her to Best Buy, Leon’s and The Brick. I found out what she wanted. It would have cost me around $1,000. But after talking to my brother Farrukh, he introduced me to Syed of Oxbury Appliances. He Syed directed me to their Brampton Location and dealt with their excellent staff. Not only did I get an excellent price with substantial savings , they did an excellent service in delivery, installation and disposal of my old dryer. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

Went to pick up a open box dishwasher had a huge dent on the front. Advertised as open box should have mentioned it was damaged. A lot of things have scratches, dents, and broken parts... If it's damaged at least say you're buying new but broken goods
Buyer beware. Purchased a brand new dryer and they sent me a scratched and severely dented dryer TWICE. The first one even had a sticker indicating that it was refused by another customer due to concealed damage. The drum was rubbing on the inside due to the large dent. When I demanded a refund they tried to push another machine on me. They will keep sending you garbage and will waste your time and money. UPDATE: I received a call from the manager who apologized profusely, gave me a refund (Finally) and asked me to remove this review. I decided to keep the review so that consumers can make up their own mind. It is a true account of what I went through.
