On December 1st l walk into this clinic and l was very lucky to be seen by one of the ultrasound specialists. Every time I come into this clinic, Mrs kirandeep is always so helpful as I explain to her that I live far away past Shelburne Ontario and she tries her best to fit me in. I greatly appreciate her going the extra mile.
Had a great experience with ny ultrasound. From the front desk to the technicians they where really supportive. And the technician Fara made me comfortable during the entire process and their care was exceptional.
Fatima is such a great ultrasound technician. She is so welcoming, professional and courteous. She took excellent care of my mother who needed last minute ultrasound and x ray. The service at this clinic is excellent and I would highly recommend the staff here.
My wife and I are so thankful for the help and consideration that was offered to us by Rakai at Heartlake X-ray and ultrasound Brampton location. My wife had a unbearable pain in her foot. We did not have the appointment but we're desperate to get the X-ray and ultrasound sound done. Rakai understood the dire situation we were in and accommodated my wife to see a technician. We will ever be so grateful for the understanding and kindness of Ms Rakai.
Went to do my ultrasounds and pelvic exams here. I went an hour before my appointment full bladder ; i told them i had a weak bladder is there anyway i could go before my appointment and Roxanna took me before her break shes so kind ,funny and made my first time pelvic examination so comfortable and funny. Talked me through the whole thing for my first time . 1000 stars if i could
I visited Valence Ultrasound Clinic today for my 33 week scan , and I had a wonderful experience. The ultrasound technician, Binish, was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, and extremely professional throughout the whole process. Binish made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She was gentle, reassuring, and very thorough with the scan. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Binesh, for making this important moment in my pregnancy such a positive and comfortable experience. I highly recommend Valence Ultrasound and especially Bineshfor anyone looking for quality prenatal care! I had all of my ultrasound scan from this location. Highly recommended. Had a great experience.
