I'll start with the positives. Clean clinic and the front desk staff are polite. I had a pelvic ultrasound booked. My requisition form had a note from my gynecologist that says 'Patient cannot tolerate transvaginal'. The tech I see makes me sign a form that states I do not give permission for transvaginal. This will be important later. They make you remove your pants and put on a gown, which is completely unnecessary because you keep your underwear on. They have you place a tiny towel over your underwear and tuck it in. You can do the same with pants on. Very weird. I had drank the 1L of water required an hour before my appointment time. My bladder was having trouble filling. So, they let me drink more water and wait. Which I didnt mind of course. The second time they tried, the tech said she needed her superior to look. (Also, a little poker face training would be a good idea, because she covered her mouth and was leaning on that arm, making me feel worried. When, she just couldnt see anything.) Superior arrives and says the tech is having trouble seeing anything because my bladder still wasnt full enough. She says they 'have to' do transvaginal. The original tech doesnt say anything, so I have to speak up and let the superior know what it says on my requisition. Until now, I had been light and cheery because my tech seemed a little depressed. Emotionless. After seeing how upset I got, the tech became nicer. The tech told me I could either wait or rebook as she has two other patients. I ask how long the wait would be. She said a half hour. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. Almost left because my bladder felt like it would explode. While I understand things happen, she should have come out to let me know it would be longer than expected. She finally takes me in. She has to call another superior to check. This one (a different one) also says we have to do transvaginal. This time my tech lets her know what my requisition says. The superior then tells the tech that I should sign the form that doesnt give them consent. The tech says I already did. The superiors there need to get off their high horses and actually read the requisitions or at least ask the tech about the situation. Not everyone with a vagina can do transvaginal ultrasounds and you cant say 'we have to', when you dont.
The receptionist was extremely professional and kind. She explained everything clearly, helped with forms, and made the entire experience comfortable. Really appreciated her patience
When I walked in no one said anything to me right away, they made me wait and if I were a ghost. There were 4 ladies there. Maybe do a little better when it comes to greeting customers
Just came for ultrasound today @ 9:30 am . I just want to say thanks to misbah for being gentle and very nice. Also the receptionist lady who welcomed me with a big smile and assisted me, thank you so much for being patient and understanding. The space is very neat and clean.????

This Radiologist reading and interpretation is minimal and not detailed. Not happy and would not recommend place for this reason. Radiologist initials are J.R Comparing, other detailed reports from other radiologist this one was minimal measurements of anatomy details left out and overall a very lazy report and obviously rushed. A report like this could miss a diagnosis that could be the difference between life and death.
