I had this guy to do repair on multiple truck at D&R Ottawa branch this guy lack ability to serve customers. Very highly priced and not professional to talk with. Bad experience i ended up paying him and then getting the job done from SOS in Alexandria. I would say stay away from this guy in Ottawa Cornwall region.

Extremely good service. Honest and fast repairs done by technicians at TTC repair. I went there to get my annual safety done. They took my approval before starting the work related to safety and then post approval they delivered my truck in just 1 day. I was super satisfied with their approach. Thank you TTCR
Worst company I have dealt with in 10 years of trucking. Save yourself the hassle and don't deal with them, you will regret it. Got a transmission replaced by them last year, with a rebuilt one, warrantied by them. picked up the truck and the same day was jumping out of gear. Went back the same day said they couldn't find the problem. Went back 3 days later they found the problem, and couldn't get a transmission for over 6 months. I paid a partial balance as they didn't warranty the transmission as they couldn't get one. Calls me after 7-8 months, told them I would bring the truck in when available as we had some ongoing dpf problem. The shop agreed. Then they got a baliff to seize my truck, with no knowledge or calls or letters sent to me. Had to spend an extra $3000 + the remaining balance, and they still never warrantied the transmission. To all customers reading this, deal with a another repair shop, not these guys, very dishonest people, who don't warranty a service, that they advised would be warranted
I am very happy with their services, I visited this place with my brother for an oil change and after that some minor jobs to be done now he is their permanent customer and from this I joined them as a mechanic they play very good role from both sides as a good employer as well as good service provider.
Don’t go there please they don’t stay behind their job ..2 truck motors got rebuild by them both burning oil like crazy both trucks sitting in their shop now they are not fixing … please stay away
