These guys are arrogant, extremely unprofessional and just greedy. I am convinced that I will never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself from being disappointed and turn to the second place!
Never buy any kind of used and new part here. If you tried to return any part , they charge you 15% restock amount. Buy part from there , charge $300 + tax, and same part outside $160+tax. These people are robe . Never buy any part from there
Sold damage parts to me , when i go and ask for exchange they say NO. The OWNER told me to keep damage parts when ever other customer came in for part he can sold him DAMAGE PART cut his commission and pay me back.
I called many times twice a day and constantly 3 days to the guy name Sam even I emailed them the pictures of the part I need Always make an excuse and told me we will call you and never return a call .I’m not satisfied with their service I don’t even want to rate one star but unfortunately have to do to post my review
Nope , most reviews are from friends or people who don't have a clue about parts prices, I bought a part once, the sold it to me for $200 when I checked with the dealer it was only $27 less that the dealer price, second time I checked before I bought and I got the part $30 less at the dealer from what he quoted me. Transmission are sold in this place with a week warranty, very nice way of doing business, before buying from this guy find out for new or in other wreckers, you will be surprised and better
