i came in for a truck repair last week and when i walked in the mechanics treated me with disrespected and once i talked to the manager he didn’t seem to want to fix my truck either and he cussed me off.
Went for oil change in my 2016 freightliner and they completely messed it up. They left the oil filter loose, when i did my own pre trip then i found out. Then they blamed me saying it was your trucks fault in engine. Complete b.s. Take your truck to a trusted repair shop. Done with this place.
Came in for brake replacement due to cracked brake shoe, they replaced with the wrong brake shoe and did not adjust the brakes. Crashed my truck and broke the hood while parking it and refused to pay for the damages. Biggest scam truck repair shop in Brampton.
Oh lord where do i start… customer service is extremely horrid and the owner is very ignorant and unpleasant to work with. highly recommend you go somewhere else with your work!!!
This place is not professional and not trustworthy, the things they say don’t align with their actions. If you’re going to spend the money to go get your truck fixed I suggest going somewhere reputable where the customer service is better.
