I purchased a used truck from the Mississauga location. Picked it up on a Friday afternoon. Drove it 2 days before it quit on a shippers dock. I called the sales rep., Robert Luba, who was excellent. He arranged for a mobile tech to come, from the west drive location. Jag, the tech was amazing, even if he couldnt get it started. He even went back to the shop to get additional tools. He was persistent, but no luck. So, Sunni the supervisor at west drive had a tow truck come and get myself and the truck and take it to west drive. They replaced the starter while I waited. Sunni kept me up to date as they were working on it. Although the whole process took over 8 hours, and I didn't get home till late, it was at least pleasant and professional thanks to Jag and Sunni. These 2 men deserve acknowledgement from management for their dedication to providing professional service. Thanks Guys.
Don’t bother. Called them twice. Once I was put in hold for 10 minutes. I called back and told the guy that I was on hold and no one picked up the call. He didn’t care. I asked if they sold boxes. He said he didn’t know. Wow. Don’t waste your time. Edit: nice that they got back to me at least. But too little too late. I got what I needed from another company.
Everything was great until we had a issue with gas. I was driving a hino 18ft. I drove the vehicle for a hour or 2 when I was done with the vehicle I went to pump gas but the machine wouldn't let me. As I pulled the nozzle out and continued to squeeze it just wouldn't let me put anymore. I actually paid $2.45. And also $.50 It just wouldn't let me. I returned the vehicle and then was charge a fill fee. The tanks on thoes trucks I do not like. They should remodel there tanks on third trucks in order for people to look in and see the level of fuel

We rented a 16-foot truck from this location, and we had a great experience! Excellent customer service and very professional staff. Sure, they aren't the cheapest option for truck rentals but you definitely get what you pay for. We got a truck that was nice and clean, and the check-in/check-out were hassle-free. We'll definitely be going back to Penske for our rental needs.
