Great experience with the staff. Very accommodating to our needs regarding the timing of pick up and return of the commercial truck we rented. Always a great experience at the Brampton Truck location.
SCAM…..SCAM …SCAM …SCAM Worst experience with them , they overcharge people . They have hold more amount of money than actual charges and after that they make some excuses to charge more like gas charges and other fees. They over charge me 150$ . Totally scam not recommended at all. Dont want to give even single Star .
I picked up Cargo van for only 5. Hours , dropped at same level pf fuel but in receipt i got 105 $ charges for fuel . They just scam people , I am going to sue them in court the guy at front desk told me that they will Hold payment of 350$ in advance and they just make excuses to Rob that money from you like fuel charges etc.definitely not recommended . Totally unsatisfactory, policies even He said It is must to have damage coverage for 40$ .
Tim was excellent, he went above and beyond to help me out while I was in a tough situation. Especially compared to other rental companies, he stuck out and went out of his way to help me the most. Thank you Tim
Horrible location and management. Better off using Enterprise or Budget compare to these guys. Don’t waste your time, the management needs more training here.
I took a truck rental for a day. My driver wss running late, so i requested MIGUEL (working at that time) and asked him to wait 10 mins , my driver was late by 15-18 mins. He stayed and closed the account at the same time.
Pathetic service and rude staff. I had a word with the front desk employee. He was extremely rude. I told him that you have deducted $300 instead of $150 from my account and I have proof of that i.e., my bank statement which I forwarded to classic honda manager. He said we did not hold $300 and we have a receipt and told me to talk with my bank. Then, he said we have deducted $25 for gas that you used and did not refill the tank. The rental guy did not tell me that I have to refill the tank even though I asked him thrice. He told me we will deal with classic honda and you don’t have to worry about anything. Even I took $5.99 insurance for vehicle protection. On my receipt, there were no charges mentioned except $5.99 per day. The staff who had a word with me said who will fill the tank in a really rude and pathetic way. I sent experienced staff he must have told you about that and we have your signature which is again a assumption from his side. I want to ask the owner that Is this the way to talk with your customer? This is what you provide your customer? I would have filled the tank if it was told by your staff beforehand. He said we deducted $53 from $150 because you did not refill tank and it was half tank. I had the worst experience with them and I would not recommend anyone to use their services. I would urge you to appoint polite staff and teach them how to have transparency in the conversation they have with the customers while filling the form.
