Everybody at enterprise was amazing for the point we got in the door to the time we left. This location at enterprise will be our go to for rental vehicles from this point on. Great job and making it so effortless ! We will be back
The location is very unorganized and unprofessionally managed. I went pick up my truck, seems customer service rep was in hurry. I booked in advance and got all the details finalized however at pickup, was about to charged extra until i corrected. Not sure was a mistake or trying to be smart. Also my meter reading was not mentioned. Thank god i took picture before starting. Truck was full of snow. Had to shovel myself before using Truck have no washer Fluid. When i complained, i was told i am lieing. The agent was so rude and handed over the phone to another gentleman “Zafir” who was notch above. He tried to demean me stating “ we r million dollar company” “ you are wasting my time” etc etc. pathetic experience. Would not recommend
Well here we are… 6pm on Friday. How does this rate for you for customer service? Here is how the lead up to today’s event occurred. I tried my best to be organized to prevent the fiasco we have had in several past years. - Initial emailed reservation on March 19th 2019 – Still looking good - Confirming details March 22nd 2019 – Still looking good - Follow up email on Tuesday & Wednesday of this week – No reply - Follow up phone call Wednesday, Thursday & Friday of this week – Confirmation of 9am vehicles at Dixie for team. Confirmed by Managers at BOTH offices. Still looking good. How today played out… 1) Called Brampton office 5 times with no answer. Multiple callers. - No Answer. 2) Our full team was awaiting truck pickups to mobilize to various customer sites. – We now have angry customers, and paid staff to sit a full day in our office while false promises made. Now let’s get to the trucks… 3) Truck #1: One wrong truck with electrical issues. Second truck doesn’t have Bluetooth and needs to be returned. Also not the requested vehicle we had made. 4) Truck #2: Arrived at about 3pm. Completely uncleaned. – Appears good. 5) Truck #3: Staff sat around for 8 hours while you tried to figure out his vehicle today. To only find out today at 5:30pm that he would be waiting until Sunday. Now I would like to ask what you are doing for us? With all this in mind, our experience over the last few weeks and us returning as a customer I would hope you have already begun preparing something. Can we also involve your Branch Manager & District / Regional Manager in this thread?
Very much impressed with the customer service. I rented a cargo van and it was an awesome experience .Excellent customer service from all three gentlemen working in the truck rental office. Thanks for your service. Will rent again
Always my go to for commercial or personal vehicle rentals. Sometimes they are busy but they seem to be the only enterprise in mississauga/brampton that does commercial vehicles so it makes sense.
The check out and return was a breeze, we rented a Mini Van which was very nice and clean. Just a heads up - the location is in a shared facility with a car dealership and so you will not be able to drop off the car after office hours.
