I usually work with this guy Cris. He is pretty good. I deal with him through emails and give him my requirements. They come back with few deals and then we finalize something and book the ticket. Cheers to Nanak. I am kind of a guy who doesn't like to call some travel agent and stay online for an hour and on the other side, they keep searching searching and you are still not satisfied anyway.
