Love the place. Love Sasha she helped us book our trip to the Mayan Riviera in September. She also help my daughter book her tour for Bali and Thailand in February. She is our new travel agent from now on. She definitely will be booking our trips for Cuba and Egypt. Woohoo.
Shannon was unbelievably fantastic in securing me the exact room that we wanted on a Carnival cruise and 2 nights at a luxury hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. In the past I have used online sites to book flights but in this latest instance I was meeting my husband at a different airport from where I was departing from and hoping to continue our flight together so it became very complicated to make these arrangements. I just wanted to relate that Shannon Whitteker was amazing in getting everything worked out for us despite the fact that we changed our dates and times several times. She responded to our various requests in a very timely manner and had our flights confirmed in a very short turnaround time and all this was done over the phone.
