Sabrina Azees was helping me with a trip where she failed to communicate all cancellation details with myself. I had a situation come up and decided not to proceed with the trip (about a week after booking and 2 months prior to departure date) and asked her to cancel the remaining payments and close the trip file. I understood that I would lose my initial deposit.She decided to bill me for the full total of the trip anyway. She was unprofessional, and had many spelling errors in her written communication, which should not be difficult considering there was no technical language required for this type of service.I will never book a trip with Sabrina or Just Travel Deals ever again. I advise anyone interested, to look elsewhere and especially not book with someone so incompetent.
