Reason for review is POOR SERVICE I visited the Shoppers Location and was told to leave my number and they would call me with pricing. I did receive a call and had a few additional questions. I was told I'd be called back the next day. I never received a call, I placed 5-6 calls and with no response back, always on a long hold and then told to call back. Today I was able to speak with the original person who did not recall our conversation and was told I'd be called back. Guess what no call back. What a waste of time! I guess I'll take my business elsewhere when they know what customer service means!
