?I was charged $310 for one night after my car was towed due to an officer’s mistake. The ticket was later dismissed, and I obtained the Peel Police release form within 24 hours. Despite this, I was forced to pay $310 to get my car back. No service was provided, and the staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. While police tows may leave you no choice, for any other situation I strongly recommend staying away. This felt unfair and exploitative.

Terrible driver today September 11 2025 at 11:37 am Towards Brampton on the highway one of your driver almost crashed my car because he do t watch his mirrors and after he start loughing I had to make fully stop on highway and he just speed offf loughing hope you guys know which driver was that and give him a proper training!!!!! These guys are THEIF BEWARE!!! I DON'T WANT ANY OTHER PERSON TO BE IN THIS SITUATION. Cop towed my car and took me to station and when i came back the same day to take my car i had 1600$ cash in my wallet which was not in the car. I had no other money and they took the money what i had it was the towimg guys who did this because i have heard they have done this to my friend before ALSO and he made them pay back I had to pay 300$ just for 4 hours and the tow. I am broke now and don't know what to do.
*** THIEF’S *** I would give zero stars if it was possible I just picked up my car from JA Towing after police impounded for 14 days. The lady at the front desk was nice but probably to cover up for staff removing items from my vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable and just straight up pathetic! They are so petty that they took my car wash card, lol. If you ever get your car towed here, remove everything and take pictures! For people who have an option, take this as a WARNING and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will do my part and report this to the police, might do nothing but hopefully they will catch a hint and take their business else where.
My Jeep was impounded for 7 days & after picking it up a few items were stolen from it including a Hil-Ti cordless Sawzall, some chump change & a flashlight. I suspect the tow truck driver because they're all crooks! Do not trust these guys. They have theives working for them!
Dawn was absolutely amazing to deal with. I called several times to inquire about my requested tow truck and she provided me with detailed eta and information. I will definitely use J.A. Towing again in the future.
