Like I posted before.. Hansen..you made such a poor response to my post which I'm reposting.. Nothing but lies and everybody is aware of it.. nothing but head game..so give it up. You are going downhill..Yes you stole my car and I'm sticking to what I'm saying... Everybody..Keep an eye on your cars... Anywhere and everywhere. My husband and I got our car stolen from Hansen towing. We know it's them. We got lots proof That it's stolen from them.... .They're liars and thieves..Our car broke down in a lot.. owners of the lot were aware of it and it said no problem so we just went from there assuming it was all good ..We went back to go get it to get it towed by CAA..that we've dealt with for years .When we went back to go get it towed by CAA... It was gone...!!!.. Hanson towing towed it away.!!!. They stole our car...!!!!.. They are thieves big time..watch out for them... They are money grabbers Liars and scammers.. be on the lookout for them. Everybody on the in the whereabouts..Stand you're grounds.... Such a huge disappointment in your towing company..And I can honestly understand with all these negative comments here where they all stand.. just can't believe that you're company is getting away it... you're company use to be good...but it certainly went down hill..?
Some of the worst of the worst. They’ll take your vehicle from somewhere you’re allowed to park but won’t notify the gov in order to rack up a higher storage fee. They like to prey on people they see as easy. Didn’t happen to me personally but someone I know. If you get in an accident and Hansen Towing tries getting you, FIGHT THEM OFF.
Best service imaginable. I was provided prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, affordable, and damage free services. For all my towing needs I call Hansen Towing. If they are ever unable to provide the service I need, I will ask them who can provide it, and follow their recommendations! In a ruthless industry full of liars and thieves, you can trust Hansen! Unfortunately they have to enforce parking bylaws occasionally and drivers park where they want and then blame the towing company instead of accepting responsibility for their poor choice. It's pitiful to blame a long standing reputable company like Hansen cause someone disobeys a parking ordinance and wonders why the vehicle was towed...
"This company is a total rip-off. They charged me $500 for a tow, which is absolutely ridiculous. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked for an explanation. Feels like a scam—avoid them if you can!" It happened with my friend also from same towing company
Scam Artists – Stay Away! This is hands down the worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with. They are nothing but greedy scammers who take advantage of people in difficult situations. Their prices are ridiculously high, and they sneak in extra hidden charges just to squeeze more money out of you. Not only that, but their customer service is absolutely horrible. The staff is incredibly rude, especially the lady at the front desk—she talks down to customers, has no professionalism, and treats people like they are beneath her. Instead of helping, they act like they are doing you a favor just by speaking to you. It’s clear that this company cares only about money and not about actually helping people. They have zero integrity and should not be in business. Avoid them at all costs! If your car ever gets towed by them, be prepared for a nightmare experience.
We were at the end of a wonderful vacation week three hours North of Brampton (our home) when our vehicle died. Called Hansen's as we know it is a local reputable business. They came up and were able to tow our vehicle back to Brampton and drop it at our local mechanic with no issues. Could not be more pleased with their service!!!! I truly would not recommend this place. We had called a service provider and they had said for us to take our ticket and pick up our car from there. The lady at front desk kept saying our ticket was not the right one and did not answer any further questions we asked for clarification. She just kept saying "wrong ticket, wrong ticket". When we finally got through to the original service provider we contacted, they agreed to speak to the lady at front desk and explain we had the right ticket. Finally after that, they couldn't find our car keys for some time. When they finally got us our car keys, we were very angry to hear that our car was so filthy and muddy on top of which the massage part on the drivers chair was no longer working. They had parked our car in such a way that it was physically impossible to move it without getting our own car or others damaged, they also refused to help us with this. We had to wait for other cars to leave on their own before we could get out. Do not recommend. Please don't risk your own car getting damaged here.
