I had an excellent experience with Kanwar from Bining towing Truck #24. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and efficient. He quickly assessed the situation and handled my vehicle with great care, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Kanwar went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, and his positive attitude really made a difference. Highly recommend his services—he's a real pro!
On September 26th 2024, at 12:50 AM one of their tow truck drivers sub-contracted under CAA, hit my father's brand new 2023 Rav4 despite leaving more than enough adequate space for the driver to maneuver his vehicle in a nearly empty parking lot. On top of that when my father asked to see the driver's insurance, initially the driver's boss advised his driver to not give the insurance details to my father until he was told the police would have to be called. When we finally got to trade insurance policy information and drivers license, we noticed that the insurance policy the driver was carrying was expired 5 months ago, and that the drivers license had expired 1 hour before the accident, while having a 6 months renewal period. The boss then tried to avoid an insurance claim and police report by trying to fix it on his expense at designated "workshop". When my father sent him an estimate/quote for the repair cost he never responded back. So my father went to file a collision report with the Peel police and notified his insurance.
Steer clear of this company. Called through CAA, driver arrived and said it was a cash call in his system and that I was not a CAA member. Was given CAA as a gift and was my first time using CAA, in the moment I was unaware what my coverage was and to pay $90+ dollars in order to leave, for a tow that I later found out is covered under my CAA Plus policy. Called to resolve the issue to be met with horrible customer service over the phone and no resolutions offered. Currently going through dispute claim through CAA to get my money back since these guys got paid twice, by myself and CAA. Wouldn't recommend this company for the unprofessionalism, lack of customer service and for the shear fact they will happily take your money even if you have CAA.
I lost my keys downtown around 3am and Matt was the only one picking up the call around the time/ coming up quick. He drove from Brampton to help me out. Excellent service!
I had an amazing experience due to Mats professionalism and experience. He was able to print and program a new key for me in less than an hour and for way cheaper then then dealership quoted me. Highly recommended!
Matt was great. I lost my keys one night and was locked out. I called a bunch of places but he was the only one to pick up. He came all the way out to Peterborough from Brampton. He was somehow able to program new keys for me, gave me a deal on the second key. Way cheaper than I would have paid at the dealership for true. Solid
On Saturday, Sept. 2, when we broke down at Clark Blvd. and West Dr. I pushed the roadside assistance button in our low mileage 2023 Hyundai. The representative to whom I spoke said the tow truck would be there within 30 minutes. Right on time, the driver (sadly did not get his name) with a flatbed truck rolled up. He asked if he could check a few things out with us and came to the same conclusion as we had that there was likely a fault in the Auto Start/Stop switch for which he could do nothing on scene. He loaded and secured our vehicle, kindly dropped us at our home and continued on to the dealership. As promised, once he dropped the vehicle off he took a picture to show us where it was parked. He was very thoughtful, proud of what he does for a living as he enjoys helping people and finds towing challenges his talents. Thank you Bining for sending us this young man.
