Terrible service
The security gard is very dumb, he does not inteligent enaugh to talk to the driver propely.He is unable to explain where is the shipping and receiving office. He is not polite with the driver because not an educated person, you can see. He is wearing winter close and hard hat in plus 28 digree. When he gets close to you, easily can figure out he did not take a shower in the past week. He is dressed like a gestapo. Company does not have clear instruction for drivers where is the shipping and receiwing office. Confusing instructions for drivers. Gate man says go to door 34, when got there that not so bright security gard said go to door 40 where the shunt truck was parking. He should say there is a man door beside the door 40, there is a receiving office.They have a sign in the yard with an arrow on it pointing to traffic department. They looklike all dumb. Wish never see them again. Takes 4 hours to pick up 2 skids! If you are a trucking company stay away from these cold storage.They are a waste of time, holding drivers as a hostage.
I think they are doing pretty good. no overnight parking.
