I am very happy I dealt with Bibi for my storage needs. She went above and beyond to serve me. She is very compassionate and understand my problem. I happen to be in the office the same time she was dealing with an irate customer and I must say she dealt with the situation very professionally and at the end the customer walked out happy. I admire her for her patience. Wish I can give more than 5. I will recommend access storage to all my friends and family. Prices are reasonable and location is convenient. Thank you for being there in my time of desperate needs.
great facility to store your items. i love the location and the convenient drive up unit. 24 hr access facility. They have a referral program where you get back money from them when you recommend someone. Bibi and team are very pleasant to deal with. i will recommend this place anytime

You not only provided storage to me, you listen and understood my needs. Your positive attitude and smile means a lot to people like us. Unfortunately there are only 5 stars I can give. The service I received however was 10 stars! ( X10)There was a small glitch that happened in my plans and BiBi ( I believe is her name ) went way above duty to resolve my matter. So happy with her service, AND I got a quick ride in the golf cart ( on top) Will highly recommend to all!
The staff is nice and friendly they are very helpful the rates are very reasonable. I like the fact that offer one month free or the use of there moving van. I had 2 units one outside and one inside. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no elevator to go to the second floor.
