I once went there for shapening my skates. The guy said you don't need it as the sharpness is still usable and I should come back when it's dull. 5 stars for the honesty.

I have been out of the ski game for a while switching back from snowboard. Got the best deal for trade in around (as far as Niagara) by a mile and found the skis, boots, poles and bindings that i wanted. All in 570 cad, which is amazing considering new gear starts at 900-1100 cad (any other store with the holiday deals), and my price also included sharpening and wax for my wifes skis Guys were professional and were able to set everything up in a few days to be ready for pickup. Dont forget the boxing week deals, they are worth it! Thank you, 10/10, would recommend!
Last minute (Dec 30th) we decide to take our kids skating on NYE. We are prepared for a rush and the possibility that we may not get the sizes we need for the kids. Get into the store and there is a crowd in the back in the skating area. However, within seconds we were acknowledged and a representative, Ramesh, was measuring our kids feet. The store had a great selection at varying prices and the service was exceptional. We are now going skating tomorrow with our friends and my only concern is that I don't know how to skate - but I digress. Great store!!
Great place to buy new and used equipment for all sports!! Prices are very reasonable as well, highly recommend checking this place out before buying all new equipment!
Just came from the store and dealt with Anthony. It was such a delight! He was calm, pleasant, extremely patient , fair in the trade and just overall nice with great customer service skills. Awesome job Anthony! Overall, I cannot say I've ever had a bad experience at this store.
