Worst experience at this location. A white lady who is Assistant manager and an Indian lady who was a supervisor were very rude. I went to exchange a pair of shoes which were not comfortable at all. They directly said No, they can’t take it back as they were worn. They should use their common sense that how would someone know if a product suits him/her until that person tries it on. I am stuck with a pair of shoes worth of $100. Suggestion is not to shop at any sport check, as if you don’t like anything or things don’t suit you, that will be a total loss of your money.
Jamal was able to help me find the item I needed by taking the time to search the store even while the staff were starting to get ready to close. I appreciated the time he took to provide excellent service and it was a positive experience.
I should not mention it but a black guy with short hair(i wished i had read his name) he is the most rude consultant at bramlea location, he needs to learn how to talk with people. If you do not feel like working, go home. There is no need to show your frustration to people who are coming in to your store..
I came to this location to pick up an online order, bike for my son. Jenna was super helpful and kind of enough to bring out the bike to the parking lot. Then we realized the tires needed air so she went back in again to inflate.
They won't return an open electronic package! Doesn't make sense as how would I decide to return without even looking at the product and If you look at the product, they won't return! Pathetic!
Hi, Just wanted to share an incident happened with me at sportchek on 8th Sept,2024 . I purchased shoes on 25th Aug,2024 from Sportchek branch of Bramalea city centre. I saw my shoe defected after two running sessions. When I reached there in the store to inquire about it. The store manager (Jamal) talked to me very rudely and told me to go out of the store. When I asked him the reason he immediately called security and told them to kick me out the store. That was totally unexpected, and shocking at the same time. Security was really nice and they talked to me in a very nice way and understood the situation when I explained them about it. I was harrased in front of so many customers without any reason when my only intention was to enquire about the product which I bought from the store only few days back. This incident makes me feel very outrageous and this kind of unprofessionalism is shameful on the part of SPORTCHEK as well as and the discriminatory behaviour is unacceptable. A strong action against this person should taken asap. I suffered such embarrassment because of this guy I feel this has sabotaged my individuality and self confidence. Sends a wrong message in the community and society as I feel differently treated.
Went to this SportChek on July 10 and just by chance… and the guys at the bike section were amazing!!! They fixed my son’s bike and because of them he got to ride it.. they put air and fixed his breaks. I went to another place and they would not/will not help I even offered to pay ( said the bike was not from that store) one guy his name started with a T and the other guy had a black shirt (I was told he was a manager) amazing guys. THANK YOU
