So the other day I went into the store to look at a Jordan 4 release that came out. Unfortunately they sold out quick, but the employee said they have more pairs coming in 2 days. So I came in the morning 2 days later when they opened to purchase a pair and a different employee said the shoe is “Out of Stock” and he only ever knew of them releasing the “2 days prior”. Meanwhile, I asked him to double check for me on his scanner because I was told they were getting them again this morning. After he checked and I saw they were “in stock” he admitted the shoes were on Hold for “Employees”. Im very disappointed when I was told theirs stock and the employees hold the items for themselves….
Yesterday I visited the Sport Chek at Trinity Common. It was a good experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The one staff that stood out for me was Markicia! She went above and beyond to provide AMAZING customer service! She was patient, professional and super helpful. I was able to get all the items I came in for and more.
Nyssa & Shar were an absolute pleasure to be served by. I had to call the store prior to going in to do a product search. The phone was answered promptly. Each were both EXTREMELY friendly & knowledge about the product I was looking for. Upon arriving at the store, the experience matched that I had already received over the phone. Thank you so much again for your help & keep up the great work!
I would rate the customer service at the Trinity Commons location a 10/10! I was greeted as soon as I arrived and assisted by Markicia, who went above and beyond to meet all my needs. Her exceptional customer service and kindness truly made my experience enjoyable. Because of how Markicia made me feel, I’ll definitely be choosing this location for my future shopping trips!
Extremely unprofessional not letting me checkout without an id? That is unheard of no where in there store policy does it say that you can’t make a purchase without an id they are clearly profiling me.
Don’t ever go buy something there These guys have cheap stuff . Even they want to return the stuff when u go to give them back their manager is so disgusting . Never ever go there

I asked to reserve a large Derozan jersey as they were on clearance. On the phone they told me they had one in stock and took down my name and reserved it for me . I come in and they then tell me that they reserved youth sizes XL. Are you kidding me, just 30 minutes ago, you had the size I was looking for and when I come in you come up with that excuse. The two girls at the cash didnt seem to feel bad about it nor was any apology given. Thank you sports chek for wasting my time and effort. I will surely never return to this location.
Very helpful staff, item I wanted showed stock online but was nowhere to be found in store, went with a different item in the end anyways.
Great place for sports wear... You get pretty much everything here whatever you need to keep your fitness on daily bases... They have better, actually reasonable prices... You always finds amazing deals on every week... Most of the time they match prices as well... Thanks sports check!
