She didn’t let us grill our subs even though there was half an hour left till closing. Not sure if that’s normal or not but never encountered this before. Wouldn’t have gotten any subs if I had known that but left with 3 cold subs. Came on Friday night. Other locations are way better.
The last review I gave was 5 star, tonight it goes down to one, the 6 inch veggie sub I ordered the bread to topping ratio was awful as well as the bread was stale when the young man was cutting it, it sound like a saw going through wood. We even asked if the bread was fresh, the reply yes it’s fresh, like seriously Come on guys
Came here on my lunch break. I used to eat at Mr Sub quite often back in high school (many years ago) but this was my first time back at Mr Sub in probably ten years or so. I was underwhelmed. I had the sub of the day, which was Louisiana spicy pepper chicken (or something to that effect), and it was bland and dull. I got it toasted, but their version of toasting is very different than my version of toasting - all they do is slap it in to a panini press, which just makes the exterior slightly crispy.... the inside doesn't get toasted at all. Maybe a regular cold cut sub might be a better choice (if I go there again).
Subs are fresh and tasty! The staff on the other hand horrible. Well to be specific one girl blond with glasses perhaps has a hearing problem. She is very impatient . I didn't even finish saying lettuce and she kept going mhm ok what else ok what else. You could tell her co workers hate her too
