My husband and I frequent this location and it never disappoints! We always get the same subs and each time is better than the last, quality ingredients and great service. I wanted to point out one employee’s service as it was outstanding and left us feeling cared for, we came in on dec 14 in the early afternoon to dine in and the service from a gentleman with glasses was top notch! He checked on us often making sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well, such a kind man. Even though this location is a little out of our way we will always return! Thank you to the staff at this location?
Came on a Sunday night for takeout. It wasn’t busy and the restaurant was fairly clean. The service was good, and the wait for our sandwiches wasn’t too long. We ordered a small soup, a large sub, and a medium sub. After leaving, we realized the soup was missing from our bag, so it was an inconvenience to drive back to pick it up. They compensated with a free cookie that we didn’t really care for. That said, the food itself was really good. We’d give it another try. Hopefully they double-check the bags next time. Two subs, and a soup, the bill was about $45.
we just ordered CHILLI and OMG chilli is sooo water down !! there is maybe one spoon spoon off actully chilli then everything is poor water !! STOP scamming people !!! this need to be review by the owner and the head office !! watering food to make more is not acceptable
I ordered the 3 brownie bundle and was very disappointed as the brownies were very stale. I buy these often and usually they are exceptional. great subs, but also about double the price of other popular sub places. Food is good, area is good, service was friendly. Just not perfect because of the price.
Great food but not a regular meal, more like an occasional treat. Hands down the most expensive sub on the market - kind of like Quiznos when they first opened.
I was getting my order ready when a customer came in with a sub he had just purchased. The sub had rotten tomatoes that had bugs crawling on it. What bothered me was that the employee who made his sub began laughing when he showed them what was in the sub. Instead of attempting to immediately fix what was wrong, she giggled knowing she was in the wrong, next time you're in, examine your sub before you eat it.
