I've been a Charlie's fan for years, first time at this location. I was very disappointed. Got the regular cheesesteak, there was very little meat and it was overcooked and chewy. I would think the meat portion would be standardized for the brand, obviously not. I would not recommend. Employees were pleasant and helpful, but I'm not there for the atmosphere... waste of $20
This has to be the worst Charlie’s Philly steaks location I’ve been to. They barely put any amount of steak in the sandwiches. It’s straight nickel and dimming. Pathetic location. Management needs to monitor what’s going on here. I will not come back to this location.
There’s a guy named Daniel at this location. He’s able to do if not faster what five guys are capable to do at the square one location. You should give this guy a raise. I absolutely love his hospitality.
Judging by the reviews, it seems to me that people are only naming specific workers but not the food and atmosphere itself. Although I don’t want to assume, these reviews could most possibly be from the workers themselves or their friends casing bias in between. It is true that the workers are positive and cheerful but the food is poorly made. The ingredients lack good quality and having kids make my food means they pay no attention to what they’re serving nor do they care about customer satisfaction. I don’t exactly recommend this place. Good people doesn’t mean good food when it comes to here. The quality has gone down ever since then. The last time it was good was nearly two years ago before they changed the menu and before they favoured a lot of students to work and make food.
Pathetic Food. We ordered lemon pepper wings and trust me it seemed to be cooked a week before amd was fried again again for 7-8 times...it was shit rubber with lots of oil. We threw the whole box.Rubbish
Me and my family got those Buffalo wings and fries for like $9, and let me tell you, the SECOND I put that wing in my mouth I started coughing, the sauce tasted like STRAIGHT VINEGAR and on top of that the wings were super tiny.
Went to get some food at 8:30 and the guy said they are closed. However, someone was served right before us. Hours say 7 but mall is open until 9 and staff there when we approached at 8:30
