This place used to be ELITE. But I’m assuming having to cut costs due to inflation has really hit this place hard. I don’t remember the poutine tasting so fake if I had to describe it in one word. And when I ordered a chicken burger I got a Jane patty in my burger. If I wanted a Jane burger I would’ve stayed home. Plus I don’t feel super welcome walking into the store just feels like a business transaction. From the outside you’d think it’d be a wonderful - homelike experience ordering and getting ur food but it’s just grab ur food and go.
Such a great spot! The food was absolutely was delicious and the place has a really welcoming vibe. The customer service was great and wait time was short. The food gives that home-cooked meal feel, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often.
This place is absolutely amazing! The veal parmigiano was delicious, and the spaghetti bolognese was incredible. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and attentive. Truly a hidden gem! Highly recommend!
I love grabbing a hot veal sandwich and a classic poutine when I’m in town! I’ve been going to San Fran since I was in high school because the environment is always warm and welcoming on top of the food always being amazing!

Completely freaking gross found 4 long dark hairs on my food. Just a awful place to go and get food. If I could report this place to sanitation I would. DONT EAT THERE SPREAD THE WORD.
First time this evening entering this establishment. I was meet by two ladies who welcomed me. I ordered the poutine Bacon HmHm that's right Bacon. It was to die for. Thank you Mar and sister for the customer service excellence. I will definitely be back and will tell my family and friends. I was back again today Sat May 28th for my guilty pleasure ( Poutine ) This is the best poutine I ever had and it keeps me comming back. Along with all their other delicious menu items. Nice to see you again Mar. Keep up the good work.
