I order veg burger over the phone…..the girl who takes my order is polite nice with understanding of customer service skills ….she takes my order in very nice way….nd food is amazing…thanks Barj?….highly recommended
I visited Fresh Bite & Meat for the first time yesterday and the experience was honestly shocking. I ordered ½ lb goat achar and chicken tikka, and the person serving us — who we were told is the owner/manager — gave us one single piece of goat and the rest was just masala. When we called to question it, the girl on the phone confirmed he was the manager, but no one bothered to call us back or address the issue. It really makes me wonder how this place has a 4.1 rating and whether these reviews are genuinely reflecting customer experiences. The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic customer service is extremely concerning.
Absolutely disgusting, I found hair in my food 3 entire times. I first ignored it until I spotted 2 more of them. Unhygienic and very disturbing place. Don’t go unless you want 10 pounds of hair in your food!!!
We ordered tandoori roti from them last time, and now I ordered butter naan from them both time they send the same thing. Does they don’t know the difference between tandoori roti and butter naan Does attached photo look like butter naan?
Order on phone to pick up. Took more than half an hour to get the order. Order half tandoori chicken and lemon tandoori wings. pathetic taste, way too much masala, just awful cannot eat it. First and last time, never again.
10 out of 10. Love this place. The chicken rice bowl is my favourite go-to meal. SO EXCELLENT! Lovely staff too. Keep up the good work. I will be returning soon!
I went to this place on my friend recommendation and first of all I waited there so long as they asked me to wait for 10 minutes but they made me to wait for long 35 minutes after 35 minutes also they handed me a half done chicken, tried their chicken Karahi but that was waste of money as the chicken is half done and gravy smells like stale, totally waste of money
