The food quality and taste are really good, and the menu has nice options, especially for tiffin orders. However, the overall experience would be much better with improved order management. There should always be someone stationed at the front desk to take and manage orders. Currently, the same person is collecting orders and also going inside to prepare them. Because of this, the counter is often unattended, the place gets crowded, and there is a lot of delay in placing orders and collecting tiffins. With a dedicated front-desk staff member, the service would be faster and more organized. A small improvement in staffing would easily make this a 5-star experience.
Today I visited punjabi roti there was amazing food and great service the staff was very friendly and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.
Please do not request Uber drivers to show their personal devices to verify order confirmation. Kindly respect drivers’ privacy and personal rights at all times. Not all customers(drivers) are the same, but testing loyalty in this manner risks losing your most loyal customers. As an Uber driver, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not recommend your service to others.
