We found this restaurant on TikTok and decided to give it a try. We ordered chicken wings and momo. Unfortunately, the chicken wings were undercooked — pink inside, only dark on the outside. When we informed the server, we were told others had no complaints, and the response from the kitchen was unsatisfactory. That said, the momo tasted great. Hopefully, food safety and customer response improve.
I recently dined at this restaurant and had a very enjoyable experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere that made it perfect for dinner.
We went to Nepali Momo House and Hakka Cuisine for my mum’s birthday dinner and had such a lovely experience. The food was very tasty with great flavours and good portions – everyone at the table enjoyed their dishes. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made my mum feel really special on her birthday. We also really enjoyed the live music, which created a warm and fun atmosphere without being too loud. It made the evening feel even more special for our family. Overall, Nepali Hakka is a great place for a family dinner or birthday celebration. Highly recommend and we would definitely come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The place and staff were welcoming. We tried the lunch specials for $11.99. The lunch special is available from 11:30 am to 3 pm and has variety of options to choose from.
If there was less than 1 star I would give it to this place , I drove almost 40 minutes to pick up my food, even after ordering almost 30 minutes prior we waited for an additional 15 minutes, I did not mind that but even after so much waiting they gave us chicken instead of veg and missed our Pop . The guy answering the phone has the audacity to argue with me saying I placed the wrong order and asked me to make the 40 minute drive back for a replacement. If they would allow me to get a refund or replacement at a later date that would have been fine but he said bring the previous order too, unfortunately most of us do not have so much time neither do we want to keep spoiled food in our refrigerators for days. Learn how to get your orders right and how to treat customers with decency. Simply terrible.
Food is really good but they are really short in staff. Wait time is really long specifically on weekends. For water we had to wait for almost 30 mins and then again for menu. They only have 2 person taking orders and serving ! Also they prioritize whoever is sitting in front , not who entered first. This is the only drawback I will say . For food this is one of my go to spot.
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received today. I placed an order for Hakka Chowmein on uber eats after calling the store, and after waiting 35 minutes, I get a call from the store saying we are out of noodles. Are you serious? Why wouldn’t you inform me at the time of the call that the item isn’t available? Or better yet—take it off the Uber Eats menu if you don’t have it! This is completely unacceptable. Instead of offering a proper solution or compensation for wasting my time, I was told to pick another item for the same price—something I didn’t want in the first place. No effort to make things right. Zero customer service and absolutely no respect for a customer’s time or satisfaction.
