I just received a call to book an appointment for my mom for an RMT appointment, I asked her to wait for 5 mins & I will confirm. When I called back she said the slot is now booked already, the receptionist wouldn’t give me her name as well. She literally said “she doesn’t have a name”. Worse place to go, please don’t waste your money on them, go to other & more professional places. Again most unprofessional place.
Khyati is amazing, i would highly recommend her as she is very professional and very thorough. She listens and understands the issue and fixes it in minimal visits.
Highly recommend. I had a knee pain , ever since I started my physio treatments in this location, my knee pain is improving by two appointments . The physiotherapist, Dhwani has a good knowledge of treatments and exercises. The place is very neat, clean and organized. The staff and the therapist are very friendly .
I will highly recommend this place. I was suffering with back and sciatica pain since 3 months .All the time I was on bed. I had taken so many treatments . Nothing was working on me. I cant walk i cant sit. Then i got appointments with khayati(physiotherapist) . I have no words to say her thank you now i am back to normal in my life. Best place to get your treatment.
I have been going to this Rehab centre for some time now and received very good service and experience with the staff. I want to give a big shout out to Dhwani, the physio therapist. Dhwani exercises professionalism and dedication to her work. She takes care of me when I go there, ensuring that I get the right treatment to feel better. The other staff also treat people with compassion and respect. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs these services. Great place, great staff!!
Girl over the reception does not have proper information i went for chiropractor today i asked them to check how much it will ost she straight away billed the amount then i asked for adjustment she said no after therapy i asked for next slot she said we dont have any slot for next appointment.
I will definitely not recommend this place. I have Plantar Fasciitis and Dikshita shah was my therapist. She showed up there just for few minutes did nothing except applying oil to my feet, then she left. Afterwards the unexperienced receptionist girl was sent and she put the stimulator and left. Stimulator was not tightened enough I had to knock the wall several times to call the girl to put it back and it was not just once it came off, multiple times during the treatment. While leaving I asked where is Dikshita shah the another rude receptionist said she is not here, she went somewhere because she has her own stuff to do. It’s was really bad experience. The purpose of the message is just to inform owners how much your staff is responsible towards your clients. Thanks.
