Progressive Rehab is a fantastic clinic with a skilled and professional team. Sidak at reception is incredibly kind and always helpful. Armaan are highly knowledgeable and provide top-quality care. I highly recommend this place for physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment!
The office is big no. If they know that you have met with an accident and you have insurance coverage they are going to torture you like hell. Someone is already going through some stuff but they just care about the money they are going to get from insurance does not care about pt. Well being. Especially the owner of this office is so rude and calls you again again and asks you whether you go to some other clinic or not. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Save yourself from the mental pain they are going to give.
The receptionists at the front are so rude. They told me I can't book more than one massage therapy appointment in a week! Why not? - if I'm paying for a service out of pocket or even having my insurance pay for the service, they are getting paid regards. Such a ridiculous rule. And be very cautious! Even though you have a 30/60 minute massage, they don't give you the full time, they are cheating you!
I had a severe pain in my neck back region. The front desk was kind yet efficient in accommodating me. Physio therapist Avni played a big role in my recovery ❤️? I would highly recommend this place. 5/5 star ⭐️

I have been attending physiotherapy for the treatment of tennis elbow, golf elbow and de Quervain's tenosynovitis at the Brampton location for the past 2 weeks. From day one, the staff at the front has been friendly, and the physiotherapist assistants are very caring. Avni Parmar, one of the physiotherapists, who works on my arm has been exceptional. She is knowledgeable and the hands-on therapy she provides is effective with some pain relief already. The overall service at this clinic has been very good so far, and I would recommend them if you are looking for physiotherapy in East Brampton.
Amazing caring staff. Professional people with experienced Physiotherapist who does hand's on treatment and keeps good track of ongoing treatment. I visit the Brampton location and am very glad that I found this clinic for my shoulder injury treatment.
