I absolutely do not recommend this physiotherapy clinic or Dr. Ketan. My experience was deeply frustrating and ultimately jeopardized my WSIB claim. The front desk staff was consistently disorganized and seemed unfamiliar with the WSIB process, leading to delays and unnecessary stress with my paperwork. The primary issue, however, was the complete failure to provide proper service. Despite being a WSIB client, the clinic did not submit the required reports to WSIB. This resulted in my claim being denied before I could complete my treatment. After my claim was denied, I tried repeatedly to contact them to resolve the issue, but my calls were not answered.
I had a shoulder dislocation, and after that, Analyn Pidor at Finchgate Physiotherapy helped me so much with my recovery. She guided me step by step, and thanks to her care I’ve regained my shoulder movement and strength. Analyn is very professional, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. The entire Finchgate Physiotherapy team was also wonderful, friendly, and welcoming, which made every visit a positive experience. I’m very thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone in need of physiotherapy!
The service is exceptional, the staff is respectful and friendly. You feel welcome when you enter. The care you receive is top notch. The parking is accessible with lots of parking spaces and most if all it is paid by the company. I would recommend this site.

I came here for my vertigo, and I’m extremely happy with their service. After 7 or 8 treatments, symptoms are mostly gone and I got my life back. All staff are professional, friendly and kind. Thank you Dr Ketan and Ana. Appointments are easy to make and they send timely reminder. I highly recommend Finchgate Physio.
Melissa the manager thinks she can talk to anyone and treat people the way she wants. I was there at 3:45 pm for my 04:00 pm appointment. Maybe therapist was busy,which is understandable. I waited until 04:10 pm, receptionist was busy on the phone and then I went to ask her how long will it take then mellisa the manager jumped by saying "EXCUSE ME WE WERE TALKING", I said to the receptionist ok then I have to go since No one told me how long I have to wait for my turn. Again mellisa the manager jumped back saying "OK FINE", I went back to the office to tell the receptionist that I don't want to be contacted in future again Mellisa the manager jumped and said sure you will not, when I was not even talking to her this entire time she was jumping. thats a lot of interference from someone who didn't like to be interfered by their client who was waiting patiently. I called for the refund and receptionist transferred me to the same person which I didn't know, I told her the entire problem then she was like it was me. I don't think that mellisa the manager is good for their business. She ruined my day and time. I'm in pain going for physiotherapy and this is the treatment I'm getting. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
