Very poor customer service , no way of communication with clients. No one reply to texts and pic calls. I keep on calling and no Answer. Last year in. OCT-NOV i was calling them from days and no answer. Hence i decided to visit and called them again from outside of clinic and stil no answer. DONT Waste time . Same in March 2024.
After an unfortunate ankle injury I started seeing the physiology staff at North Park Rehab, they were very up front about my treatment plan and course of action onwards to getting better. Their treatments worked wonders and they have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any sort of rehab from injury. Thanks to them, I have a positive outlook on getting better!
