The staff are very professional, pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable expressing my pain level and asking questions regarding my treatment. (e.g.) exercise programs.

Since being taken over my new management, probably a year or so ago, the quality of customer service is horrible. The front desk ladies cold call patients throughout the shift guilting them to come back to a practice where money, not experience, is number 1. The ladies are rude, inconsiderate and very unhelpful to the elderly clients. I witnessed laughter and no-empathy when an elder gentleman asked for help with his insurance payment and how to go about it. The physiotherapist and chiropractor are great, but the customer service is horrendous, making for an unpleasant experience.
I tried to book a therapist and the receptionist was beyond rude for no apparent reason. I just took my business elsewhere. Update: As a woman of Colour myself, I would never belittle anyone let alone use racist remarks against another woman or anyone. Perhaps you have mistaken customers, as I never used racist remarks at the receptionist. Your receptionist was rude as listed above. I calmly informed her i will take my business elsewhere. Please dont lie on me to discredit my review. This speaks volumes of the kind of business you run.
In the past I have sought and received physiotherapy at three different locations in Mississauga and Brampton. I have had varying experiences from good to better to best. Procedurally, Focus Physiotherapy, in my opinion, stood far ahead of the others in terms of initial welcome, explanation of the programme, general atmosphere in patient comfort, exercise routine, cordiality and follow- up. I have taken the time to get the opinions of at least two other patients who concurred with my findings. Focus has a vibrant, friendly and highly professional staff with a Chief Therapist who is a gracious lady. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Focus Physiotherapy.
I went in to Focus Physiotherapy early this week with a tight neck and shoulder and I was in great pain when I visited them. I booked appointment for massage therapy in the morning and I was offered a spot in the afternoon. Randy was the RMT and OMG, he is an excellent therapist. Back home we usually comment they have miraculous hands when the service providers provide excellent service and the pain is all gone in no matter of time. Randy did mention that I will have a sore neck and shoulder after the massage but I didn't feel it may be because I was in pain as well. But I should say, the next day I was feeling so much better and today I am perfectively fine. Randy did say I will heal in a week's time but in a matter of a day or two, I am feeling so much better. Great! Focus Physiotherapy and Randy are the best.
