Amazing experience for physiotherapy and chiro. Srushti os a great physiotherapy (I was specifically looking for someone trained In muscle scraping , dry needling and manual release, after several disappoint time experiences elsewhere, and was thrilled by how effective her hands on approach was). And then I discovered Dr. Randhawa for chiro, who is the strongest and most hands-on chiropractor I’ve ever worked with (and this is after 9 or 10), she literally forces deep muscle knots out of my neck that seems impossible. And the electro-acupuncture is very effective too. I’m very happy to have found this team, and highly recommend them if you’ve struggled to find results elsewhere.
An absolutely amazing place for anyone that is a first timer for physiotherapy. Shrushti is thorough, informative and extremely knowledgeable about her craft and I cannot recommend her enough! She’s guides me through what is happening during my appointment and the demonstrations with the aftercare to continue to build my strength back up. I’ve been seeing the chiropractor Dr. Amrit at Titan for my upper back tightness from long hours of sitting. Her treatment works wonders as she not only adjusts but provides other techniques like cupping and deep tissue release- which I’ve struggled to find in brampton.
