I had one of the worst experiences at this clinic. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. They misheard what I said, made false assumptions, and treated me poorly, almost as if I didn’t deserve proper service. It felt like they cared more about charging the insurance company than treating patients with respect. The doctor was fine, but the front staff seriously need better training in communication, professionalism, and patient care.
Jaskiran Kaur Singh has been an exceptional healer - focused on understanding the issue with the associated background, working on the right areas ensuring least pain, having casual conversations with all that. The results were experienced from the beginning of the treatment and have continued. My 30 minute commute each side feels worthwhile every visit. The front staff is friendly and easy to work with, appointments are convenient to book as well as shuffle if required. It was a blessing for me to have worked through my therapy here. I love this place. Physio therapist: Reema we have been seeing since 2016 and she is beyond exceptional. She saved my hubby's life during a Physio treatment (tx) before she started the tx she does her usual examination and realize my hubby getting unusual pain after surgery she called it dead on! It was a bloodclot. This woman is very skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and the best in her field/profession. In addition, Dr. Ahear is an amazing Dr & sports Dr. He introduced us to Reema and helped my hubs and myself throughout our sports injury. 110% recommend these Althete's Care and these two VIP mentioned above. P.s. all the receptionist are amazing as well. Keep up the amazing services Althete's Care ?????
I've been working towards regaining the ability to walk without pain. Harry has been extremely helpful, and makes me feel comfortable - also helps me be flexible with my times as well!
I am going to Harry currently for my physio rehab for my ACL tear and Mensicus tear. I am about 9 weeks post operation and I feel great working with Harry. He is knowledge and is able to help with a good exercises program and help with hands on knee work along with acupuncture. Very knowledgeable and funny guy. Highly recommend.
