Actually authentic people work here…. They will not try to rip you off…. If you are new in city or don’t know any real mechanic, I would highly recommend to come there.
I’m extremely unimpressed at the fact that I get my bill and then come to find that “additive” wasn’t complimentary and instead ends up being an extra $50 on my bill. You can’t just tell someone about how everything is cool and how it’s a no big deal additive and then while talking fast, and basically walking away throw in that it was an extra charge. It’s manipulative and garbage service. I honestly was happy to bring my truck in, plus the many other vehicles I already own, the ones my family owns and friends I recommend to bring. I promise you it is the last time and I will be telling people to avoid this kind of spot.
Their oil change service is hassle free but they are staff are slothful to to put an extra bolt to secure the oil pan cover! 4 guys were around my vehicle and one of them acknowledged the missing bolt but he bothered to secure it.
Came in today for an oil change was greeted by both technicians very quickly. Very friendly and professional. Quick service. Tire pressure checked and filters checked. First time technician showed me my cabin filter. YUCK!! Thanks for letting me know. Something I didn't think of checking. Out of sight out of mind. JJ and CB did an amazing job and I will definitely be back. Got 50% off my wash as well. BONUS!!! Thanks for the exceptional service gentleman.
Not just taking your money! They actually advised that I brush down the undercarriage and then come back another day. I had no idea how this stuff works and just heard the spray helps. Very glad they explained what was best for my vehicle.
I found this place to be very professional with fast & reliable service. I got undercoat done by Jeremy, which literally saved my car longevity. The coating looks like as if car has got new sub frame. Jeremy not only adviced me the best service I needed for my vehicle but he also walked me through the whole process so that I can better understand what I need to know about future care of car. This Place is highly recommend as there is no appointment needed and everything is transparent. I haven't used their car wash service but by looking at all the setup I can say it would also be best in town. Good job guys.
I used to live close to these guys, and I loved their work...I moved about 1.5 hours away a year ago, and I still dive in to get my oil change at their place. They're friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I can't recommend them enough.
