Took 2 hours for a tire change (tires were on rim), before exiting I noticed they didn't check the tire pressures, 2 of my tires were nearly flat, had to point it out to them so they can restore the appropriate pressure. Costed 151$ for this service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Mr. Lube on Rutherford today. The receptionist ( a turban guy )on duty was rude, unprofessional, and showed zero respect for customers. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no sense of basic customer service. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable. It left a very negative impression and reflects poorly on the company. Management needs to take immediate action and train their staff properly to treat customers with respect.

I pointed it out to the front desk, but they brushed me off like I was an idiot, claiming it would "set automatically" once I started driving. Sure, a minor difference might, but this was substantial – we're talking safety hazard levels! Repeated Requests Ignored: I insisted, so they finally called a technician who promised to check the air pressure. Then they admitted they "couldn't seal the tires properly" and said they were fixing it. After 15 minutes of waiting, they handed it back claiming everything was fine. Still Broken – And They Got Rude: I checked the tire pressure via my car's app, and it was way off. Raised the issue again, and the front desk rep got annoyed, taunting me to "show him with a gauge." Lo and behold, their own gauge showed wildly different pressures across the tires – significant variances that screamed incompetence! Final "Fix": They took the car back for a few more minutes, returned it saying it was done. It wasn't. The very next morning, my wife got a low-pressure notification on the rear left tire while heading to work. Checked the app, and it was dropping even lower. Turns out, after all their "fixes," they still couldn't seal the tires properly. We've only driven 35 km, and they were telling us to come back for a re-torque after 100 km? What utter nonsense – this is complete disregard for public safety! This isn't just bad service; it's reckless endangerment. They wasted my time, endangered my family, and showed zero accountability. Mr. Lube + Tires, you're a liability on wheels. I'll be reporting this to every relevant authority and warning everyone I know to steer clear. Do better, or shut down!
