condescending when a woman calls the shop, trying to belittle their intelligence of the “automotive industry”. Not flexible with booking any time in for you even over a week in advance, have to call the day of apparently to see if you’re allow to drop it in the morning as “nothing guaranteed, things can be stuck on the hoist, etc” but when men I know have called prior, there was never an issue. Women go elsewhere.
