My wife had her first ultrasound done today by Inder. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, patient, and extremely professional. She explained each step clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure that my wife was comfortable the entire time. Her expertise and compassionate manner truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with genuine care so seamlessly. I highly recommend this clinic, especially because of such an outstanding ultrasound technician like Inder.
Nadia performed my ultrasound today and she was very kind and gentle with me. I appreciate how often she would check in during the appointment to make sure I’m okay. I highly recommend her.
I visited ODC Brampton on Thursday, May 8th for an abdominal wall ultrasound, specifically ordered by my family doctor to investigate a suspected umbilical hernia. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 PM, and I was seen around 8:00 PM due to a prior chest X-ray. The ultrasound was performed by a technician named "Arpan", and I can confidently say it was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant medical interactions I’ve ever experienced. From the start, Arpan was rude, condescending, and dismissive. When I pointed to the area of pain, he told me he couldn’t scan that spot unless I paid extra! despite the requisition clearly indicating an abdominal wall ultrasound. When I asked if the doctor’s order didn’t provide guidance, he said it was my responsibility to know the exact location of the pain and that he wouldn’t examine anything else. He then stated he would simply scan randomly and write that the patient didn’t know where it hurt. I explained — again — that my doctor had requested this scan to assess for a potential umbilical hernia, and his response was that the order was “poorly written.” His tone was completely unprofessional and clearly intended to intimidate or pressure me into paying extra. When I told him I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward, he suddenly backtracked and said he would “try to help,” adding that he was a doctor in India. That claim did not inspire any confidence, especially after his attempt to upsell a medical exam that was already covered by my requisition. This type of behaviour is unacceptable in any medical setting. I urge ODC Brampton to formally investigate this technician’s conduct. His actions demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism and ethics, and I question the reliability of any scan conducted under those circumstances. I will not return to ODC Brampton, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this clinic — especially when technicians like Arpan are allowed to treat patients in such a disrespectful and manipulative way.
I had come here for my ultrasound last Saturday, there was a technician named Tanzeela who had done my ultrasound. She was so kind and patient, she took her time and informed me of what we were going to do as I was a little nervous. Hats off to her patience and customer service, such a gentle soul.

I had my ultrasound on 24th of September and there was a lady named Nadia. She was very polite and did not make me feel uncomfortable. She was soft spoken. I think we need these types of people in healthcare. Thank you Nadia.? I cannot post two reviews so thought i can edit it, Today i again visit this place for tvs (ultrasound). Zaihda did my scan and she is amazing. She was very polite. I think 5 stars are less for her, she needs more stars. She said i am like your mom, totally satisfied with the services, please visit ODC. My friend referred me this place in Brampton with just number given to me. I called the number and would like to book for my 20 week scan. She then told me if I had scan on that place. Unfortunately not but asked me to bring the previous scan as they need it as per their protocol. I agreed to call my family doctor to get the copies. Then she continued to book me for the anatomy scan appointment and asked me if I am booking at 36 vodden… then i said if its the address of this place ODC then this where I am booking. She then asked me to confirmed if that’s the address. I repeatedly said if it’s the correct address of your place then I will booked. I don’t even know your address that’s the reason why I said if it the address. Now i have to open my data and check for this ODC place on google.
