First visit here today. Called 2 days ago oct.26.2025 and make an appointment. Showed up to appointment and staff was very unprofessional. I also had to sit and wait 15-20 min. I went here on my lunch break from work. Imaging now I had to go back and rush to eat within 5 min. Disappointed.
I went couple time for x ray . The young guy who does the x ray always in his phone , we have to wait inside the x ray room till his phone conversation done . This happens two three time with same guy . Very disappointed.
Visited the clinic this past Tuesday to do an x-ray while staying in Brampton and I did not mind the waiting time because as soon as I checked in, I went straight in. I just wasn't pleased by the treatment of the lady who did my x-ray. The tone used didn't feel welcoming, even when I asked how are you doing, I didn't get an answer. Just about completing my test, I was rushed out because apparently they went on a break right after my test. I also had to call them after 2 days to find out if my results were ready. I personally work at a walk-in clinic in Scarborough and I could tell a big difference when it comes to customer service.
Highly recommend this diagnostic centre, friendly staff and quick service.I was running late and needed an x-ray ,they waited a few minutes after closing to accommodate me.Thank you.
Normally any x ray report is done in 1 or two days. We got x ray done on Friday. On next Wednesday when we checked with doctors office, found that x report is not delivered, which is next door. When I checked with diagnostic desk, she (lady on the desk) said that she will following it now.!!!!.
I think I have a broken leg.. I been coming here changed appointments 3 times. Waited never was seen. Been lied to by a receptionist on several occasions . Never called me back or cared to follow up. I don’t know what kind of people work here. Like If you don’t like your job find a new job. She never called me back. I tried and failed. The front receptionist is horrible should look into new employment and not bother patients or people . I’m broken and shattered at the lack of humanity and care for patients.
This place has no value for appointment timing. You can wait endless inspite of a prior booked appointment. I wonder why they will not value others time
